Vapour barrier
Vapour barrier made of specialised polyethylene for all pitched roof and timber frame constructions. Can be combined with both PMI underlay membranes or other breathable underlays. The product offers an Sd-value > 100 m and reduces the diffusion flow from inside to outside. Quick and easy installation. Secure bonding in the overlap area with the PM PROFI TAPE.
Chimneys, outlet vents and skylights require air-tight closure. Compribands are used to create a connection with non-rendered walls. Fulfils fire class E and DIN EN 13984.

PM PROFI BAND is a special adhesive tape and is used to bond PMI roofing underlays, common underlays as well as facade membranes with covered surfaces outdoors. The PMI PROFI BAND is also used to bond the PM LDPE DAMPFBREMSFOLIE (VAPOR BARRIER SHEET) and to bond other LDPE foils.

PM BUTYL ADHESIVE TAPE, 20 mm wide. Waterproof butyl rubber compound with strong adhesive on both sides for sealing and bonding wind and vapor barriers, underlay membranes, dimpled and drainage membranes as well as DPC.
