PM 8N dimpled sheet with 8 mm high dimples is the cost-effective solution as a subbase and an inexpensive alternative to lean concrete.
PM 8N dimpled membrane with 8 mm high dimples is the inexpensive problem solution for the Sub-base course. These PMI dimpled membranes are manufactured from high quality polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE is groundwater-neutral, pollutant-free in disposal and recyclable.
Thanks to their good compressive strength from 200 kN/m² and elongation at break, PM 8N dimpled membranes offer a cost-effective alternative to Sub-base courses made of lean concrete.
The dimpled sheet PM 8N takes over the function of the lean concrete previously used. This means that work can be carried out regardless of weather conditions and waiting times for the lean concrete to harden are eliminated.
The PM 8N dimpled membranes are simply rolled out on the level and load-bearing substrate. The sheets overlap lengthwise and crosswise by 20 cm. The dimpled sheet also provides protection against rising damp.
