PM TERRA-TEC is the new champion among protection and drainage systems and thus the best solution for horizontal surface drainage in green roofs.
PM TERRA-TEC consists of an innovative dimpled membrane with specially reinforced and trowalised dimples for extra-high drainage capacity and extreme compressive strength.
The extra large number of dimples and a smooth reverse side ensure the best load distribution and perfect protection on the waterproofing. In addition, there is a new type of overlap system based on the push-button principle. This is easy to apply and completely weather-independent. The laminated high-quality, particularly stable geotextile rounds off the range of product advantages perfectly.[nbsp] This two-layer system reliably protects the underlying waterproofing against mechanical damage, but also against damaging thermal stress.
PM TERRA-TEC has an extreme compressive strength of approx. 500 kN/m². The product is available in seven widths from 0.50 to 2.50 m. The optimal water drainage capacity is many times higher than required by the drainage standard DIN 4095.
PM TERRA-TEC reliably protects underground garage ceilings and greened flat roofs from waterlogging.[nbsp] PM TERRA-TEC has a significantly greater water drainage capacity than mineral fill drainage layers. In this way, it ensures unhindered water drainage. As a result, it provides reliable and effective protection against waterlogging and thus against the threat of moss growth or vegetation failure.
Moisture passes through the geotextile into the dimpled channels where it is safely drained away. The geotextile acts as a filter and prevents the dimple channels from becoming clogged. With a height of 11 mm, the drainage sheet ensures a low overall structure. The installed drainage sheet can be driven over directly with a wheelbarrow. PM TERRA-TEC can also be driven over with a wheel loader if the soil has been spread by at least 20 cm beforehand.
