Building pit safeguards and bridge abutments also need powerful surface drainage in order to safely avoid backwater.
PMI dimpled and drainage membranes are a reliable and efficient solution for perfect water management in tunnel constructions and engineering structures – they are ideal thanks to their drainage capacity of up to 9 l / s m. The dimpled sheets are mounted on the outer shell of the tunnel construction and thus, as an efficient seepage layer, relieve the load on the tunnel seal. Penetrating water is discharged without pressure. Two-layer drainage sheets are used for Cut & Cover tunnels and soldier pile walls.
