Walkable and drivable areas

Two-layer drainage sheets such as PM TERRA-TEC are effective, high-performance protection and drainage systems for horizontal surface drainage under walkable and drivable areas. Efficient surface drainage is necessary here, as standing water can damage the substructure and frost damage can lead to the pavement covering being raised.

The combination of a dimpled sheet with a geotextile forms a high-performance drainage layer, through which precipitation water is reliably drained off.

In the case of walkable areas, the crushed sand or gravel can be applied directly to the geotextile and the paving or slab covering can be completed.

In the case of drivable surfaces, the base layer of broken material is first applied to the geotextile, then the bedding layer and the drivable covering are installed.
